I’ve been impressed with this bag so far. The zippers feel sturdy, the stitching is clean, and after taking it on a few trips, nothing feels like it’s coming apart or getting loose. It is a little on the heavier side, but overall it feels well made and built to last.

I was impressed with the range of camera bags and small accessories they had. There were more choices than I expected, especially for travel gear, and a lot of it seemed like good value for the price. It took me a little while to compare everything on the site, but it was still easy enough to use overall. I’d definitely shop there again.

I’ve had this Think Tank camera bag for about a year now, it’s held up better than I expected, which is nice since apparently that’s not always a given with gear bags. The zippers still work, there aren’t any tears, and the padding hasn’t flattened out into nothing. It’s been dragged through airports and tossed into the car more times than I can count, so it’s definitely not being babied. The only annoying thing is that the fabric shows scuffs easily, because of course it does, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, durable and still doing its job

This was way heavier than I expected. It feels bulky too, so it’s not something I’d want to carry around for long.

I was hoping this would be easy to pack in my carry-on, but it ended up being a lot bulkier than I expected. It might be fine for home use, but for travel it just didn’t really work for me

I really didn’t expect getting warranty help to feel like such an ordeal, but here we are. It took way too long to get a response, and when they finally did reply, the support didn’t really help much. I was hoping for a simple fix, but it ended up feeling like I was stuck in a never-ending customer service drama.

I’ve been using this on longer days, and it’s really comfy. The straps don’t dig in, so you can wear it for hours without really thinking about it...

I’ve had my Think Tank bag for a while now, and the zippers have been solid. I’ve owned a few bags in the past where the zippers started snagging quickly, especially when the bag was packed tight, but I haven’t had that issue here. They still run smooth with no sticking or weird catching. One pull tab does feel just a little loose, but nothing has broken or caused any real problem. Overall, I’m happy with it.
